Thank you so much to everyone who came to our Autumnal Yoga Feast on 20th November. People were greeted on arrival with a cup of Positivitea and a Mulberry, sea salt and cacao wild bar before they settled down on their mats in a sky of fairy light twinkles!
Katarina Rayburn lead them through 75 minutes of dynamic rocket yoga before they settled in shavasana and enjoyed an essential oil massage.
Waiting for them was a mulled apple bellini as they sat down to autumnal banquet tables. To start, our guests enjoyed golden, red, candy beetroot, Hill's Farm goat's curd, basil pesto and baby leaves. Followed by Greek gigante bean stew, cavolo nero, garlic portobello mushroom, dill and caper vinaigrette, manchego crisp. All served with artisan bread.
To finish we served ginger parkin, sticky date sauce, poached pink pear, candied pecan, coconut cream and fresh mint.
