Last month, we hosted our Holi Yoga Feast with the queen of rocket, Katarina Rayburn. Brockwell Lido’s beautiful cafe was the perfect setting with a ceiling full of vibrant pompoms and a serene view of the perfectly lit Lido.
Our yogis were treated to one of our wild bars and a cup of coconut Chai from Zigzag teas. Do check them out, we didn’t realise tea could taste so good!
Accompanied by Indian inspired music, yogis enjoyed an hour of dynamic yoga before they settled into savasana where they were immersed in a powerful gong bath!
As it was an intimate space, everyone got involved and helped us get the banquet table laid up and ready for the vegan feast!
First up, we served a coconut red lentil dahl served with gram flour crisp breads, followed by gigantic platters of Indian inspired salads. Salads included; cumin roasted cauliflower with crispy chickpeas, griddled tamarind ginger aubergines, Bombay sweet potatoes and red onion bhajis served with coconut radish raita.
For a sweet treat to finish, we served a striking coconut and vanilla panna cotta with a mango, chilli and lime salsa.

We had such a fun night and great to meet people inspired to eat more vegan food as a result (many didn’t even notice!). We are looking forward to our next retreat with Katarina Rayburn In Paros at the end of May, there is still one room late and a great last minute rate!
